Our Property Management team effectively handles the day-to-day management and long-term planning for more than 250 residential and commercial properties. Our service-oriented staff is knowledgeable in maintenance and construction, procurement of labor and supplies, accounting, budgeting, and current laws. Through service and dedication, we are capable of providing solutions to the diverse range of property management challenges.

In conjunction with the management team, we employ full-time maintenance technicians. The staff is composed of members skilled in landscaping, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general repairs. We also work with various licensed contractors for work beyond our expertise. Our maintenance personnel are radio-dispatched and almost immediately available for any problem. Costs are generally well below contractor rates.
