Wolfe & Associates is an active participant in the ACT program. The ACT program was designed to inform Isla Vista residents of the laws and responsibilities related to alcohol use through an online course.
We evaluate applications based on rental history, credit history, strength of guarantors and completion of the ACT course. While the ACT course is not mandatory it will add weight to your groups application giving you a priority in the competitive Isla Vista rental market.
