Given the challenges presented in managing move-ins and outs on an alternate calendar, the rate for the one year option will be higher than the rate shown on our Rent List (between $200 and $800 more per month). The actual amount will vary unit by unit depending on the size and rent rate for the unit that you are choosing. Generally speaking, one-bedroom units will see an increase of $200-$250 per month, and larger units such as 3 and 4 bedrooms will be $750-$800 per month.
