the Property Management Division |

Our Property
Management division presently manages over 1500 units.
Our dedicated and effective management team is capable
of handling a diversity of management problems. The staff
is knowledgeable about maintenance and construction, procurement
of labor and supplies, accounting, budgeting, and current
laws.
In conjunction with the management team, we employ full
time maintenance technicians. The staff is composed
of members skilled in carpentry, plumbing, painting, and
general repairs. We also work with various licensed contractors
for work beyond our expertise. Our maintenance personnel
are radio dispatched and almost immediately available
for any problem. Costs are generally well below contractor
rates.

& Associates produces a monthly newsletter for owners
of managed properties. The newsletters are intended
to keep owners up to date on issues that may effect
their investment. Topics include federal and state legislation,
local affairs, and changes within our organization.
